Prices and currency

All prices are shown and charged in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT; the price you see is what you pay. For delivery to Norway and Åland the item is sold without Swedish VAT (export), customs and import VAT may apply on delivery.

Payment

We accept card and Klarna via Stripe. Your order is binding once you complete the purchase.

Delivery

We ship across the EU plus Norway and Åland. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, counted from when you receive the item. You pay return shipping and we refund within 14 days of receiving the item or your notice of withdrawal. Contact us to use your right of withdrawal.

Complaints and disputes

If the item is faulty you have a statutory right to complain under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Always contact us first. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. For cross-border EU purchases, the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) can help.
