What data we process and why

• Name, address, email and phone: to handle and deliver your order (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• Order history and payment status: for accounting and customer service (legal basis: legal obligation and contract).
• Account and saved card (if you choose): for faster checkout (legal basis: contract/consent).
• Analytics and marketing cookies: only if you consent (legal basis: consent).
• Your email and bag contents when you start a checkout: so we can remind you about a bag you left behind (legal basis: legitimate interest). The data is deleted automatically and every reminder includes an unsubscribe link.

Recipients

We share data with providers that help us run the store: Stripe and Klarna (payments), PostNord (shipping), Amazon Web Services (email) and, with your consent, Google and Meta (analytics/marketing). They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as required by the Accounting Act (seven years). Account data is kept until you delete your account.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, it is done with appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at wecare@nothing.care. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies so the bag and checkout work. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google, Meta) are only set after your consent in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind anytime by clearing cookies in your browser.
